CHAKRA HEALING AND NURTURING

The human body has seven major energy centres. These specific areas are called Chakras and hold form with colour, sound and frequency.  The individual energy centre is the size of a small ball rotating in certain directions with male predominantly clockwise and female anti-clockwise, however in saying that, the gyrating direction will depend on the health of and make up of the Chakra and the individual.
Not enough emphasis is placed on Chakras. Chakras are so important that if you were to stop any one of the seven energy centres from completely spinning, you will  pass  in three days.
The name of the Chakra, their location, mantra, sound toning, musical note, colour, endocrine gland and hormone are as follows:
So as an example, if you are meditating upon your Solar Plexus Chakra, visualise a yellow ball of energy, place your hand below your sternum, breath in through that Chakra and as you exhale, say and hum the word 'Ram' and be thinking of         'I Will' for the Solar Plexus is the centre of your will power.

CHAKRAS AND THEIR COLOURS

The colour of any object or substance is the light reflected off that material, therefore the light that you see has a specific frequency. Each Chakra is a particular colour therefore holds a particular frequency, hence the importance of colour visualisation  and toning.
If you have difficulty remembering the colours and the order they are in, just think of a rainbow.  The order of a rainbow from top to bottom is Red to Violet and the Chakras are opposite with Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet from Root to the Crown.  
CHAKRA HEALING AND NURTURING SESSIONS

Similar to the Reiki sessions it is recommended that a minimum of four initial appointments are made, one to two weeks apart. The first session opens up your Chakra areas and allows for the life force energy to flow easier so there is deeper healing in the next.
Lets equate receiving Reiki Chakra opening like watering your garden....the life force of the water  hydrates and bring life to all the plants...if the garden hose is blocked or the flow of water is stemmed, you are standing looking at the trees and the flowers for a long time whilst the water dribbles out. On the other hand, if the water is flowing free and easy, the garden is nourished and flourishes in minimal time.
So too is the same about blockages in the energy centres and systems of the body. Clear what decreases the flow of energy and the body heals with more grace and ease.

Clients may require more sessions depending on the individual's needs or they may wish to relax and forget about their worries for an hour whilst receiving beautiful energetic life force and TLC.
