MEDITATION
For as long as humans have been in existence, we have meditated...it may not have been on a spiritual level, it could have been as simple as focused concentration on a thought form or a particular problem to be solved. In this day and age it is well documented that regular sessions of positive and relaxing mediation is beneficial both physiologically and psychologically. When incorporated with deep breathing, meditation can oxygenate the blood and assist with lowering blood pressure or help with reducing stress and anxiety that is a part of our daily lives. On a spiritual level, we connect to the heavens and the earth and every other realm that exists in between. The experience of meditation as so vast and can vary from sitting quietly and hearing your heart beat and being one with yourself to visiting different places, star systems, galaxies and dimensions. Each experience is for the individual and each session should be approached without expectation. You may have an intention with a focal point, which is fine, however you may experience nothing or be taken somewhere else. Whatever the outcome, always remember the experience, for it may not make sense right now, but it may become apparent latter on. Just taking the time for yourself to meditate is a major step in a more balanced life and your innate quest for enlightenment, so sit back, relax, let go and enjoy the ride. |

MEDITATION SESSIONS
If this is the first time you are wanting or guided to meditate, it is recommended that you set aside several session times as it does take a little effort and a couple of different techniques to assist along the way. In our Individual Sessions we will teach you posture, breathing, focusing and connecting. Remember when it comes to meditating, there is three main facets to the process...intent, practice and by decree. You must have the 'intent' to want to meditate. 'Practice' is what you do with everything you are good at in life. And 'by decree' is the depth and intensity your higher self or your guides allow you to go. You will experience what you need to experience. Individual Sessions: $80 per hour Group Sessions: $20 per person |
