REIKI
Reiki was gifted to the world from Mikao Usui in 1922. Mikao Usui went into the sacred mountains of Kurama near Kyoto, Japan. After 21 days of meditation, Mikao was enlightened with the gift of Reiki which he passed on for everyone to receive.

Reiki is handed down from master to student. With Usui Reiki,  there is tradition and a direct linage that can be traced from Mikao Usui down to the current practitioner. The student receives training, blessings and attunement over a period of time so they grow from being the student to Reiki Master if they desire.

         REI-'UNIVERSAL LIFE FORCE'...KI- 'ENERGY'
Reiki channels universal life force energy through the practitioner and into the recipient.  The energy is intuitive and knows what type, where to go, what to balance and harmonise to promote healing and wellbeing. 
​The practitioner can also direct Reiki into various areas of the body if they pick up on disturbances or pain. The practitioners hands may be gently placed on the recipient or held in the auric field. Here they will meditate over the area, allowing the universal life force to create a shift in energies and restore equilibrium. Once completed, the practitioner will move on to the next area of concern that is highlighted by the client or intuitively sensed.

Chakra clearings and openings can be performed in the same manner. A more structured process is required as there is a sequential order to the Chakra reactivation.

REIKI SESSIONS

It is recommended that a minimum of four initial appointments are made, one to two weeks apart. The first session opens up your Chakra areas and allows for the life force energy to flow easier so there is deeper healing in the next.
Lets equate receiving Reiki Chakra opening like watering your garden....the life force of the water  hydrates and bring life to all the plants...if the garden hose is blocked or the flow of water is stemmed, you are standing looking at the trees and the flowers for a long time whilst the water dribbles out. On the other hand, if the water is flowing free and easy, the garden is nourished and flourishes in minimal time.
So too is the same about blockages in the energy centres and systems of the body. Clear what decreases the flow of energy and the body heals with more grace and ease.

Clients may require more session depending on the individuals needs or they may wish to relax and forget about their worries for an hour whilst receiving beautiful energetic life force and TLC.

DISTANT REIKI AND REMOTE HEALING SESSIONS.....
Reiki sessions can be done in the comfort of your own home. The beuatiful gift of Reiki is the engery flow can transend time and space.
The process will be that a booking is made,  and when it is time, be in a quiet area either sitting comfortably or lying down (preferable).
Robert will call, run through some initial questions then relax with the music, feel the healing energies and enjoy.
